CTC Scotland
A part of the UK's National Cyclists' Organisation

Right to Ride in Scotland

CTC members participate in many varied campaigning activities to encourage cycling, promote road safety, develop cycle routes and cycling facilities. We have representatives in most areas who liaise with the local Councils to advise (and complain where necessary). This core group forms the Right-to-Ride Network, but all members can participate. Look on the main CTC website under 'Campaigning' to find out more.

If you want local advice, find your local rep from the list below. If there's no-one listed, how about putting yourself forward? Your interest could be in off-road or on-road cycling or both. The National Office and other reps in Scotland will help you. Contact our principal Scottish RtR rep - Peter Hawkins.

CTC works together with Cyclenation, which is a federation of all the UK's cycle campaign organisations and Sustrans, which develops and often maintains cycle routes and paths.

There are local campaign groups in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Inverness. Click below for more.
