Notes
Social/Food
The Birthday Tea,
Ceilidh and obviously Burns Supper include some food. This has determined the
charges for both adults and children. Please indicate any food constraints on
the form. e.g. "2 vegetarian, 1 GF" for each event where you are booking
tickets.
Catering
Food on the rides will be on a
"Pay as you eat" basis, as will the catering provided in the college. However,
it would help if you can indicate whether you are likely to want a meal on the
Saturday of arrival. Please don't just say 'yes' automatically, or the caterer
will be unhappy.
Coach
Trips
We can offer
two, but require a busload to make them viable. Advance booking will enable us
to get the right size of bus. If there is little or no demand, the event(s)
will be cancelled. The same applies to the guided Hill-walk.
Cycling
Events
Register and
pay the nominal fee for these before you participate after arrival.
