The story so far

Four years ago the first highly successful Gathering of Scottish CTC members and National Office senior management in Stirling considered the future of the Club in Scotland.

The focus this year is on what CTC has been, is and can be in the future.

Structure of the day

Provisionally:

The People

It will be a day for the Scottish membership of CTC to have their say with help and guidance from National Office staff and those currently involved.

AGM

The actual formalities of the AGM should take less than 30 minutes, giving people more time to participate in the overall contents of the day.

CTC Scotland is the one ‘CTC Region’ that has a strong identity and works well. This is mainly due to our special physical, cultural and organisational circumstances. Gathering IV is an opportunity to meet with other Scottish members from around the country, to socialise and exchange views and opinions about the present and future for cycling and our Club, as well as with members of staff from National Office.

Like cycling, the Gathering should be fun and stimulating and include a bit of effort (if not sweat) from the participants.
